At Ashwamedh Spaces, We follow a structured process for redevelopment.
- This start with proposal submission.
- Next is finalizing the offer and thereby draft of MOU
- After the MOU is done, we start working on floor plans for individual members
- We generally discuss with each and every member,
understand the requirements and finalize the floorplans of the building - Once we finalize the entire building plan, it’s time to execute the development agreement and go for plan santion
- After the plan sanctioned, we shift the members to alternate accommodation, take possession of the old building for recontruction .
